Kim is a motivational team leader and expert in strategic planning and implementation with more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications. She conducts market research; facilitates strategic planning and process improvement sessions; develops strategic plans; manages and oversees financial analysis, proposal responses, and budgets for government, nonprofit, and corporate accounts; and is a skilled technical, corporate, and marketing communicator.

Kim has developed and implemented marketing strategy for numerous nonprofit, service, manufacturing, and government clients throughout the United States. She holds a bachelor of arts with high honors from the University of Florida and a master of arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
